My Journey

As a naturopath, medical herbalist, nutritionist, and personal trainer, my journey into holistic health and fitness has been deeply personal. Throughout my life, I've grappled with trauma that left profound marks on both my physical and mental wellbeing. These experiences ignited within me a quest for healing and a passion for helping others navigate similar challenges.

Traditional medical approaches provided some relief, but it was through holistic practices that I found true transformation. Embracing naturopathy and herbal medicine wasn't just a professional choice; it was a lifeline. These modalities offered me not only physical healing but also a profound sense of empowerment over my health.

Beyond herbs and nutrition, I turned to martial arts as a path to reclaiming strength and resilience. Japanese Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, and kickboxing became more than exercises; they became outlets for releasing pent-up emotions and reclaiming a sense of control over my body. The discipline and focus required in martial arts mirrored the mental discipline I needed to heal.​

My Approach

Today, as I walk alongside my clients on their own healing journeys, I bring a unique blend of empathy, expertise, and personal insight. My approach is rooted in understanding the interconnectedness of physical and mental health, guiding individuals towards sustainable health and vitality. I am committed to sharing my experiences openly, knowing that vulnerability is a source of strength and connection in the healing process.

Through my practice, I aim to empower others to embrace their journeys towards holistic wellness, offering support and strategies that nurture the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
